If your points have been racking up and it's time to redeem them, follow the instructions below. (Note: this easier done on a desktop!)

I can't redeem my points. You need a minimum of 60 points to redeem them for a code. Follow the steps below to view how many points you have and redeem them.
I have created a code but it is saying expired or invalid at checkout. Please get in touch with us here.
To kick it off, click on the purple rewards pop up in the bottom right hand side of our site. This will be visible at all times, whether you are already logged in or not.
- To view, earn & redeem your points, you first need to log in or create an account.
- In the 'Ways to earn' section you can see ways to increase your points.
- On 'Ways to redeem' you can view your points and redeem them for a voucher code.
- Use the slider to decide how many points you would like to redeem. Remember, 20 points = £1, and you need a minimum of 60 points each time you redeem.
- Enjoy your discount! If you already have products in your basket or are about to shop, click 'Apply code' and the discount will be added to your basket. Want to save it for later? Our loyalty point codes are valid for 1 year from creation, and you can view yours in your email or in the loyalty pop up.
