    Not sure agrees with me

    5 runs in and well runs sums it up. Not sure how long I have to persevere. Clearly a nice product and works well for others. No cramps or the likes but the guts side isn’t tolerable for me. Long distance runner. Really do think it didn’t cause me upset stomach everything else about it is great.

    Insane fuel

    This fuel is incredible. Am training for an Ironman and any workouts over an hour I fuel using this. I don’t need so many gels (which is fab because I think they’re yucky)! But I have used this in combination with gels and blocks for longer rides and I have really not bonked at all!
