    I like the taste easy to mix I’m still getting used to the carb load but I think it’s a winner I plan to use two to three servings with other tailwind for my ironman race

    I tried the lemonade flavour and it’s delicious and a great fuel. Hope they bring out some more flavours in due course.

    Both the lemonade and the ginger and lime flavours are superb.
    90g of carbs in 500ml is a lot of carbs, especially for someone like me who take on over 1L of liquid per hour when running. But pair this with a bottle of plain water and it’s the perfect combo, especially in warm weather.

    Convenient to add to refilled water bottles during ride providing a source of high carb intake for second half of long rides (70+ mile rides).
    Lemonade flavour is great :)

    I've tried this on a couple of bike rides. Really like the Ginger flavour - nice and fresh. The Lemonade flavour is a bit sweet, but a good addition to the range anyway! Definitely helped keep energy levels topped up on a day that wasn't too hot, and I'll continue to use. Convenient pack sizes, mixes well, no weird colourings. All good!

    PUSHING PAST YOUR LIMITS

    Mix pouch with 16-24oz (475-710ml) water
    to taste. Sip over one hour to fuel or use as
    a concentrate along with additional water.

    For best performance, train up to absorb higher rates of carbs. Use the below chart for reference and extend the process if you encounter gut issues.
