    CARBOHYDRATES

    Contains the right kinds and amounts of carbohydrates to replenish glycogen stores after a hard workout. Immediately after exercise, the body can absorb more energy than at any other time.

    COMPLETE PROTEIN

    Only complete protein is used to rebuild muscle, so we start with organic rice protein and supplement with the nine essential amino acids to make a perfectly complete protein. Tailwind Recovery Mix contains 3x more complete protein than whey protein isolate per gram, making it much more efficient for rebuilding muscle.

    Job done but odd taste

    First try of the Vanilla. Seemed to do the job, but the taste and smell are a bit strange. I'll try the chocolate next

    I love the chocolate recovery drink, easy to mix and heavenly taste. This is part of my training routine now and have it every time after a run, boosts me back up perfectly.

    Recovery off the bike

    Big thing for me is my recovery, I’m riding over 200 miles a week. Just started with Tailwind Recovery shake and it seems to make a difference. 6hr ride last Sunday so back on the bike this Tuesday so will see how I feel up to now Monday not too bad.
