    Does the job but the taste is too strong for me

    90g CHO per bottle is really good to have but I would prefer a more neutral flavour. I suspect the strong flavour would be too much for me in a long race.

    All you need when you're in the deep end

    It's all you need when you can't do any more solids. Work up your gastro limit with the endurance fuel if you're unsure. But once you're there, this stuff will enable you to maintain output after 5, 10, 15 hours of riding. When you're in that zone, 'no news is good news' is all that matters. Carbs, electrolytes and fluids all in one. Sorted.

    Absolutely loved the high carbon mix, not too sweet so I could keep taking more on, really energised and took me through a really high slog.

    PUSHING PAST YOUR LIMITS

    Mix pouch with 16-24oz (475-710ml) water
    to taste. Sip over one hour to fuel or use as
    a concentrate along with additional water.

    For best performance, train up to absorb higher rates of carbs. Use the below chart for reference and extend the process if you encounter gut issues.
