    Finally, one that works

    I have tried all brands, combinations etc. Doing long distance triathlon, I aim for 90g per hour on the bike, usually via high carb drink, and save the gels for the run. From brands that don't mix, that have a poor taste, that don't contain electrolytes etc. I have used Tailwind since started Ultra running a long time ago, and this product is superb. So far, it really is all you need. I rely heavily on it, especially during threshold workouts, race simulation rides/runs, and on race day. A purchase you will not regret.

    Really good stuff used it today on a huge ride in the alps in France fuelled me well

    PUSHING PAST YOUR LIMITS

    Mix pouch with 16-24oz (475-710ml) water
    to taste. Sip over one hour to fuel or use as
    a concentrate along with additional water.

    For best performance, train up to absorb higher rates of carbs. Use the below chart for reference and extend the process if you encounter gut issues.
