    CARBOHYDRATES

    Contains the right kinds and amounts of carbohydrates to replenish glycogen stores after a hard workout. Immediately after exercise, the body can absorb more energy than at any other time.

    COMPLETE PROTEIN

    Only complete protein is used to rebuild muscle, so we start with organic rice protein and supplement with the nine essential amino acids to make a perfectly complete protein. Tailwind Recovery Mix contains 3x more complete protein than whey protein isolate per gram, making it much more efficient for rebuilding muscle.

    Awful taste and smell I could not stomach the chocolate or the vanilla flavour and will be putting these straight in the bin. Have really liked the fuel drinks so thought these would be great but when you can’t stand the taste or smell it’s not a good product. Will be going back to chocolate milk

    Took the vanilla recovery mix 10 mins after finishing my first trail 50k. I could not believe the difference it made. No post race stiffness or wandering around trying to find something to satisfy hunger. A great product.
