If you missed the window this year, keep on sharing your love for Tailwind and be on the look out for ways to be involved over the coming year!
Tom started running aged 11 as a track athlete for his local club West Cheshire AC who he still runs with today. Starting off as a 400m hurdler, he was inspired to progress through from his very first half marathon in 2015 to completing his first 100 mile race in 2019.
Whilst travelling in New Zealand, Mark (Mike's equivalent in NZ) introduced him to Tailwind for his first marathon and ultramarathon. Since then, Tailwind has been his go-to for training and races.
Tom has an exciting year planned, with entries for various ultra races across Europe, including the Mozart 100 and the Matterhorn Ultraks Skyrace to name a few.

Yvette ran her very first marathon in 2011 but struggled to connect with road races. Two years ago she joined the North Face Never Stop London Community, was introduced to trail running and never looked back.
Running in nature, discovering new places and the freedom to run wild had her hooked. Recent trail exploits (including an ultra) have taught her what she can endure and achieve, both physically and mentally. The amazing running community that she has met has inspired her to share her love for running, and help others get out of their comfort zone and believe in themselves.
Dario discovered exercise relatively late in life and has never looked back. Since then Dario completed an Ironman in 2009, cycled from Lands End to John O’Groat in 2017, cycled the North Coast 500 in 2019, run 38 marathons (still counting), including running 4 marathons in 4 days. From 2018, Dario got the bug for ultra-marathons. He ran a few 50km and 50mile races, and in 2020 has signed up for his first 100-mile race.
In addition to cycling and running, Dario is a fitness instructor and he loves helping others to achieve their fitness goals. He teaches regular weekly classes of BodyPump and BodyBalance in and around Milton Keynes.

Having spent a few years participating in OCR Pete began seeking out ever longer distances to run. A 10k led to a marathon, which lead to 12hr, 18hr and finally 24hr trail races and the realisation that long runs in nature really inspired him.
Whether he's racing or simply having a day out exploring, Pete is happiest in the freedom of the mountains. His perfect day involves venturing out with trail shoes, a water filter and Tailwind, and the freedom to go wherever the day takes him.

Brian is an ultra trail runner from Cork in Ireland. He loves running in the mountains & trails around Munster, his favourite being Ireland's biggest mountain Carrauntoohil.
Brian ran his first short trail race in 2015 and was blown away by the buzz & adrenaline rush of the first technical downhill. He was hooked, and progressed to longer races & ultras in the years since. Trail running is a huge part of his life having introduced him to some spectacular places and wonderful people.
Brian's proudest achievement to date was winning the Kerry Way Ultra 200km last September, Ireland's longest & toughest ultra race.

Kirsten is an Obstacle Course Racer and running enthusiast. She started off her love for running as an 800m and 1500m track runner and then moved into the crazy world of Obstacle Course Racing. Kirsten found such a love for OCR that she now competes in the Spartan Race.
Kirsten is happiest when hitting the trails, particularly when mountains and waterfalls are involved, but anything outdoors will do.
Gritty situations are her happy place, and the crazier the event, the more she'll enjoy it!

Andrew discovered endurance sports later in life but hasn't wasted any time in packing in the events. Andrew was inspired to make a change in his 40s, when he decided that he wanted to lose some weight, and get a bit fitter. After losing 5 stone, he entered a local sprint triathlon for charity, and was hooked. Andrew joined his local Tri club, met lots of like-minded people and truly fell in love with the sport.
Andrew has now completed 4 Ironmans (with plenty of other runs, swims and triathlons in between), and is currently training for the Austria Ironman in July.
Morven has always loved sport and running but started training & doing events after her second daughter was born. After several marathons she did her 1st ultra in 2017 and picked a 24 hr one!
Having now completed 13 ultra’s, this year sees her attempt the biggest one yet- Race Across Scotland 215 miles in August! Morven is both absolutely terrified and excited to toe the start line.
When not out running, Morven also loves yoga, walking, doing light weights and a bit of mountain biking and loch swimming.
Jordan is a 26 year old triathlete from Windsor. Originally a professional actor/singer/dancer and avid gym/fitness lover, but injury left her on the search for a more linear sport for her body. Fast forward 18 months and she lives, breaths and sleeps triathlon.
So far, Jordan has podiumed 9 times, and is currently focused on the European Championships Middle Distance in Austria where she will represent GB in her age group. Jordan is also working towards the worlds Ironman 70.3 next year and one day moving up to the full Ironman distance!
Chris is a family man from Dorset who loves triathlon. He has been entering events since 2003 and still loves every race, whether it's at the pointy end of a sprint distance, or against fellow age groupers in a full distance.
A swimmer at heart, he has worked hard on the bike and running over the years. Tailwind was a revelation for Chris, changing the way he trained and raced, especially on the bike where it can be difficult to eat. This year the A race will be his very first half distance (he went straight to the full) at the Outlaw X in September, where he is hoping to be at the pointy end of his age group.

In 2018 Kelly decided she needed a challenge to celebrate her 40th birthday, and coming from a running background, getting into cycling 5 years previous and living in the North West, Ironman UK seemed like a logical choice.
After finding an awesome triathlon coach and learning the dark art of front crawl, she completed her first sprint triathlon in September 2018, finishing 1st female. Kelly then completed Ironman Staffordshire 70.3 in June 2019 finishing 2nd in her age group, and completed IMUK in July 2019 as fastest overall age grouper on the day. Kelly will be at Walchsee for GB age group team and is looking into two to three 70.3 IM events as well this year.
Molly started out as a casual runner completing 1-2 road half and full marathons a year. 3 years ago she started training more seriously to stretch her capabilities. Molly discovered Tailwind and worked hard to achieve numerous PBs, including bagging a Boston Marathon Qualifying time. So needless to say that is one of her main races this year. Molly is also heading back to The Wall in June and completing her 13th Great North Run in September.
Molly's natural habitat is the beautiful North East trails. To help raise funds for charity she completed a 500 day run streak covering all distances from 5-100k consuming copious amounts of Tailwind along the way.
